Pillar 2: Lifestyle Audit
In this step we focus on reducing the (invisible) stress load suppressing your hormones, without quitting exercise entirely or becoming sedentary, so we activate your parasympathetic nervous system (= the bodyâs ârest stateâ) and your body can shift into a state where it feels safe enough to switch back on menstruation & ovulation.
