Recover HA (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides coaching focused on period recovery and menstrual health, primarily for women experiencing hypothalamic amenorrhea (HA) or irregular/absent menstrual cycles, as well as post-recovery cycle maintenance.

During coaching, you may voluntarily share health-related information, such as menstrual history, eating patterns, exercise behavior, stress levels, or fertility goals.
